Debbie King
Principal and Owner
Debbie King is a much-admired consultant, executive coach, and workshop leader. She has specialized for more than 30 years in large-scale culture change, organizational and leadership development, and executive coaching.
After a very successful career as a human resources executive, Debbie founded Transformational Leadership Partners. Her greatest gift is her masterful ability to listen deeply, shoot straight, and deliver the truth in ways that break open the inevitable barriers to communication that arise between human beings. She has a remarkable ability to leave people inspired, acknowledged, and hungry to embrace change in themselves and to lead powerfully in their organizations. She is particularly passionate about working with women and men leaders who have a commitment to change the world while maintaining rewarding personal lives.
Debbie obtained her master’s degree as a family systems therapist. She applies those principles, her long experience leading personal transformational work for Landmark Education, and her lifelong spiritual practice to all of her organizational and one-on-one coaching and consulting.
Debbie is a recipient of the Intel Achievement Award for her work in executive development and strategy execution. She received the Tandem Computers TOPS award for her leading-edge work in educating management to compassionately and effectively deal with employees with substance abuse issues. She was also a founding board member for The CareGivers Renewal Project, created in response to the AIDS crisis in the early 1990s.
When Debbie is not working on transforming the world, she can be found taking long walks on the beach, cooking great meals, or relaxing in her garden with friends, family, and her little dog, Gracie.
Kelly Townsend
Transformational Leadership Consultant
Kelly Townsend has more than 35 years in the business world working with executives in organizations such as IBM, The Bank of Montecito and San Francisco Federal Savings and Loan. She has focused her practice in Ontology (the study of being) to help leaders identify blocks and experience breakthroughs in performance. She has a solid foundation of experience in sales, business development, leadership development and team alignment - and she is passionately committed to the success and empowerment of her clients.
Kelly is the Principal and Owner of Leaders Team, LLC. She and her team successfully guide executives, entrepreneurs, and corporations in creating vital, flourishing environments with an organizational design where collaboration and teamwork naturally occur. As a partner to her clients in the hospitality, healthcare, construction, and legal and financial service industries in North America and Europe, Kelly specializes in bringing a powerful listening to what is needed to take performance to the next level.
Kelly earned her Bachelor of Arts at Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma Washington and studied elementary education at the University of Central Florida.
Jody DaSilva
Transformational Management Consultant
Jody daSilva is a Transformational Management Consultant at Transformational Leadership Partners, a global consulting firm that helps organizations achieve their full potential. She has over 30 years of experience as a Senior Manager in multiple industries, with a track record of exceptional results with Fortune 500 companies and start-ups delivering in business performance, profitability, and productivity.
Jody combines her business acumen with her ontological training, which is the study of being and human nature, to better understand the needs of her clients and what is important to them. She helps them discover and remove the barriers that prevent them from achieving their goals and vision, and creates breakthroughs in the areas of leadership, performance, effectiveness, workability, and productivity. Jody is passionate about making a positive difference in the world and supporting her clients to live a fulfilling and meaningful life.
Jody is skilled at uncovering the source of what is working and what’s not productive for her clients in their organizations. She works alongside them to transform their leadership abilities and to implement systems and processes to achieve breakthrough results in performance.
In addition, she is a Celebrant who creates personalized ceremonies that mark the milestones, celebrations, transitions, and healing in their life, using lyrical storytelling, symbolic rituals, and readings.
Jody is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and is married, with two sons and four grandchildren.
Gavriella Delgado
VP of Operations and Finance
Gavriella Delgado has been involved in transformational work since 2006. Her journey with TLP began as Executive Administrative Assistant to Debbie King in 2016, Operations Manager in 2018, and currently as VP of Operations and Finance, and Transformational Consultant.
Her passion to extend the firm’s work into business’ administrative level led to her creation of the From Subordinate to Partner Program in 2021 in partnership with TLP. What began as one-on-one coaching with EAs in business has now developed into a training course for Administrators, helping them to experience agency and renewed inspiration in their vital work.
Gavriella’s first career was as a professional dancer, choreographer, and actor in San Francisco, New York and Los Angeles. Her interest in becoming a citizen of the world has taken her to nineteen countries and made her a skilled communicator who speaks three languages and continues to pursue her avocation as a writer. As an avid personal growth and development enthusiast, she is passionate about the work delivered by Transformational Leadership Partners.
Her love of families is expressed with her partner, siblings, children and grandchildren. Gavriella is an ardent supporter of Homeboy & Homegirl Industries in East Los Angeles (the largest gang intervention program in the U.S.), The Freedom to Choose Project (transforming lives of individuals impacted by incarceration through compassionate experiential education to reduce prison violence and recidivism), and Mesa Farm in East Ojai (serving transitional-age adults, ages 18 to 25, who are at risk of being homeless, including young adults from Ojai).
Jessa Venegas
Brand & Design Coordinator
Jessa joined Transformational Leadership Partners in 2022 as the Brand & Design Coordinator. Her background is in Sales and Marketing, with a focus on ecologically-mindful travel and ethical business practice. She’s deeply committed to transforming workplace culture into a diverse and supportive space where everyone can contribute their unique talent and thrive personally and professionally. She is an ardent advocate for healthy work-life balance and the paradigm-shifting power of connecting with the wilderness.
Jessa is a runner, wild food forager, singer, and instrumentalist. She performs in immersive historical reenactment events throughout California, bringing traditional music back to life for new generations to enjoy. She also owns a small business in San Francisco, creating peculiar and delightful “threadpainting” artwork which celebrates the aesthetics of nature and science through hand embroidery.
Her artistic passion and attention to detail now lend themselves to the creation of beautiful and engaging presentations for delivering TLP’s groundbreaking technology.
Manda Acojido-McCall
Administrative Assistant
Manda joins our team with a wide range of skills in administration, customer service and being tenacious in producing results. She has worked in companies in the Bay Area from Education to Hospitality to Hi Tech, in a variety of roles from Team Lead to Manager. She is proficient in Finance, Healthcare and Personal Development.
Manda participates in Transformational Programs and has done so for the last 8 years. Accustomed to working in high-demand, fast paced environments, she understands the importance of completing tasks by scheduled deadlines and prioritizing assignments.
Manda loves adventure. Her favorite places to visit are Maui, Vegas and Orlando, in fact she will be exploring all these places again this year. Manda is newly married to her husband Alex, and they make their home in Northern California. They have 2 dogs (Siggy and Gunnar), a cat (Cali) and a goat (Goatie).
